The place where my whole life once flowed. The place where I get high when I just walk down the street in splendid isolation. Became an athlete thanks to my mother
Polina was born on July 20, 1999 in St. Petersburg. Her mother is the 1991 world champion in the 400m hurdles. She studied at the St. Petersburg Academy with trainers Evgeny Vladimirovich and Yulia Igorevna Smiryagin.

In February 2017, the athlete participated in the Russian winter athletics championship and almost won bronze, losing to Angelina Krasnova in her attempts. At the All-Russian competitions in Maykop, Knoroz achieved an impressive achievement: together with Aksana Gataullina, they set a record among girls - both took a height of 4 m 45 cm.
In July 2018, the Finnish Junior Championships in Athletics took place in Tampere, Finland. Knoroz was first included in the team, and then removed, because only two athletes could compete in one form.
